食品機(jī)械是指把食品原料加工成食品(或半成品)過程中所應(yīng)用的機(jī)械設(shè)備和裝置。食品機(jī)械主要可以分為食品加工機(jī)械、包裝設(shè)備兩大類

食品加工機(jī)械
包括篩選與清洗機(jī)械、粉碎與切割機(jī)械、攪拌均勻與均質(zhì)機(jī)械、成型機(jī)械、分離機(jī)械、 蒸發(fā)與濃縮機(jī)械、干燥機(jī)械、烘烤機(jī)械、冷凍機(jī)械、擠壓膨化機(jī)械、輸送機(jī)械等。
包裝機(jī)械
包括包裝設(shè)備、包裝印刷機(jī)械、包裝容器制造機(jī)械、包裝材料加工機(jī)械等。

我國現(xiàn)階段食品加工機(jī)械不斷升級(jí)進(jìn)化，實(shí)現(xiàn)了全自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)，如烘烤機(jī)械，通過PLC控制電磁閥中燃?xì)膺M(jìn)氣，來控制烘烤的溫度和時(shí)間；如啤酒制造過程中，通過PLC或者DCS來控制電動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥流量大小來控制原料的流量和水的配比，實(shí)現(xiàn)了部分自動(dòng)化控制需求。
